This is the sequel to, "Our Existence is Forbidden." So I run. My magic energy is so damn low but I have to do this. "Hurry!" "I know dammit!" I groan. The sun begins to rise above the horizon. "I need more time you stupid sun!" I yell. I reach the top of the hill and begin to place them around each white gem, the sun rising and rising. "13th in the middle." "Ok ok ok ok.." I say as I place it in the middle. "Your blood needs to make a circle around it." The sun was getting higher. "The sun is rising!" Gray calls out. "I KNOW. I CAN SEE!" I yell back and take a hard bite at my thumb and begin to draw the circle. Started: 12-7-2020 Finished: 1-4-2021 *DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the characters, just the story line*

"Lucy it's scaring me at this point" said Natsu. I looked at him weirdly. "What is?" I asked. He looked very constricted and pained. "I don't know how to say it Luce" he said while looking at the floor. I smiled and twirled the straw in my drink. "C'mon Natsu you know you could tell me anything'' I said nicely. Natsu looked up at me and stared at my face for a few seconds . "Luce I don't want you in my team anymore " he said that with pain written across his face. I stopped playing with the straw. I felt my world collapse and my lungs stop working... "Why?" I asked tears starting to form. "You always get hurt on missions and I'm sorry but you aren't strong enough Luce... I just don't want to see you get hurt anymore " he trailed off. I grabbed his hand and held it tightly in my hands. I held back my tears as much as I possibly could and smiled the biggest smile that was very painful. Why am I so weak? Don't worry Natsu I'll get strong ...so strong that one day you'll see

"Where are we?" She asked. Her voice was scratchy and full of cracks. How long had she been unconscious for? "Don't know. Just woke up." Came the response. He still hadn't moved, his eyes never leaving her, never blinking. Lucy shuddered as a cough raked her body. It was so cold. When Natsu and Lucy decide to go on a job to find and catch a thief, they have no idea what they are in for. When, as usual, the job ends in a disaster and they are trapped in a prison-cavern, Natsu and Lucy must face the fact that they are stuck. With no supplies to help them survive they must rely on the weekly arrival of food and water. But how long can meagre scraps support their ravaging hunger? As Natsu and Lucy's bond grows stronger and stronger, and they become weaker, Lucy must face the facts. When Lucy becomes deathly ill, the pair must find the will to survive while they hope for a shrinking chance at being rescued. But will being rescued be enough, of will their flickering hearts burn out.
