Can you imagine being the town mortician's daughter? I can because I am. Imagine me, little, quiet Emily, being teased everyday because my father takes care of dead people. I have one friend, Becky, who by the way has a lower popularity rank then I do. Then imagine this: your school wins a contest. The Order

Stripping them of their powers and practical immortality, the Lord cast them out the gates and struck them to earth, where they could see the horrors of war they so desired. Their wings turned black as they fell and became earth bound, unable to fly again. They crashed in an open field, far outside the city, creating large craters from the impact of speed. As they lay, unconscious and bleeding, the last bit of God-like resistance and healing genes faded from them, leaving them good as human, except for the large black wings that they could bring out at will. You live far off in the country, and are a lover of nature and quiet. This warm spring morning, your usual walk in the fields behind your house takes you to the discovery you thought quite impossible to make.
