After the events of Kingdom Hearts 3 and KH3 Re Mind, Sora awakens floating in the middle of the ocean while hearing a battle take place. Wanting to save anyone caught in the crossfire, Sora stumbles upon a shocking discovery. The ones being attacked as well as doing the attacking appear to be girls. Girls who can summon large weaponry to their side and even summon large ships to fight with. Realizing that Sora has found himself in a completely new world, he will need to find a way back home as well as fix the broken alliance between the different factions of ship girls. Not to mention, hoping that Azur Lane will help him find a way home.

Not to mention, multiple girls falling in love with our one-of-a-kind chosen keyblade wielder.

While restarting the first journey, the young woman fell in love with him and he returned her feelings; however, during the final battle once more, he sacrificed himself to save a little girl, humanity, and the young woman. Having him gone made her run away, leaving her duty to protect the sacred land, brokenhearted. And so, she flew across the Other Sky until she came upon a world where brightful sentient horses inhabited the world. A year or two has past and now she'll be joined by her little brother to protect the world from darkness and other forces. However, there was a slight error forming within the very material that made them into here, the Mental Cubes. And that would soon be evident regarding the appearances of Ship-Boys, the opposites of Ship-Girls due to that error. The events of the Kingdom Hearts Saga if Sora and Kairi had been born the opposite gender. Soraya is an average tomboyish girl living on the Destiny Islands with her two best friends. Riku, who had been her closest friend her whole life (so close that they were practically siblings), and Kai, a sweet and creative boy who she had a slight crush on. One day, when Soraya was fourteen, her life changed forever when darkness invaded her home, and only she had the power to combat it. Little did she know that she was the prophesied Child of Destiny. ***I've loved Kingdom Hearts for years. I have all three main games. I've seen a couple genderbend fanfictions about it before, which were really good, but I thought I could elaborate more. Only Sora and Kairi are genderbent in this fanfiction. I do realize that Sora is a Japanese unisex name, but I associate it too much with a boy character to use it. Soraya is a Persian name that means "star cluster," which I feel fits perfectly, and Kai is a unisex name that means "sea" in Hawaiian, which also works well. There will be no POVs in this fanfiction. Kingdom Hearts is the property of Square Enix and Disney. Found inspiration for Kai's design on Google Images. (Copywrite is the last thing I want).
