The Tale of a Broken butterfly

Diane Martin isn't a normal high schooler. While living with her overbearing mother, she is forced to take care of her 5-year sister and handle all the cleaning for their large house without any help. She likes to think that her life resembles cinderella's, and a prince Is going to come to save her from her unbearable living condition but lost hope years ago. Diane is caught off guard when her mother unexpectedly lets her long-time friend move into their house who has a son around her age. Diane's life turns upside down as she grows closer to Denver. Shit begins to stir as their stay is prolonged. Diane starts to wonder if this boy who unexpectedly entered her life is her prince.
