Amer is separated into sections, each one for a different subject, like Literature, Social Science, or History. To get into one of these sections, you have to take a test - an Amer Test. If you pass, you're welcome to Amer. If you fail, you'll never see any of it. Not even a glimpse.
	
Edric has always wanted into Amer, ever since he first learned of it, years ago. He has plans - he will go to Amer with his girlfriend, where they'll be happy and accepted and together. That is, until their plan falls through.
