After the Great War, the government reestablished itself in order to rebuild. The country is now divided into 100 provinces that are ranked on the first day of each year. The province with the number one ranking hosts the capital city for the following year and receives the most benefits.
Catherine resides in Province 3. She wants out of the Grid Tech system, she wants a life of her own, and she wants... ‘off the grid.’
