This is about a bout deku who is a late bloomer. There are both angles and devils half the population is devil's the other half is angles. Deku is a late bloomer and hasn't gotten his horns or his wings depending on what he will become. Ua doesn't support devil x angle relation ships but will allow them but if the devil is to cheat there is no punishment if an angle was to cheat there would be servur punishment. Angles when they get hurt in an emotional way in a relationship ship from a devil it hurts them same for the devil's if an angel was to do The same to them.

Now to explain how hawks works as his quirk he can control the red feathers of his wings and move them to his desire and stuff. It's still the exact same but his wings are white his quirk allows him to move his white angle feathers instead of them being red ✨✨

When you were about 5 1/2 you discovered a quirk like your father's. It was called the Demon's master. Your father was part demon and had powers of one including hellfire, horns, devil's wings, and sharp nails/claws. His hero name was Devil boy and your mothers were Enhancer.
