My heart skipped a beat, my hand started to shake and next to my head there was the swords sharp end ticking into the lovely bricks. Two centimeters away from shredding my ear, it had left a little whole. In that fucking lovely and greenish brick beside my ear. As fast as it had appeared it was gone. I heard the clicking of boots on the stone floor exiting the room. Screams on the hallway. More clicking and shouting. Orders and more shouts and clicking. My legs gave in, my body fell forward, the hand slipped from my instrument of speech. Everything went dark and I landed on the stone floor that was surprisingly soft and warm for a stone floor.
