The Membrane household is rather busy, especially with all its inhabitants. There's Dib, a 12-year-old kid who's obsessed with aliens, his sister Gaz, on her way to becoming an all-star gamer; she's 10. Their father is a scientist who admittedly has a few screws loose. Last but not least, Zim and GIR, two adopted children with skin conditions who are, surprisingly, the most normal thing about the family.
