Life is unfair. At least, that's what people say. For 15 year-old Ava Gagnon, this quote is just an excuse for people to rationalize their actions. That is, until misfortune strikes her family and she is forced to run away. After finally starting anew, she suddenly gets dragged into a world of unfairness with her past nipping at her heels. How will she navigate her new surroundings while protecting her current relationships, and somehow saving the world?

No one but her guy best friend. Ever since she was young, she'd been facing the societal expectations and pressures of society. What happens when she sets out to challenge this. will she succeed, or will she be yet another victim? ------ 'Of course Dad'll agree with mom. Both of them don't like me playing soccer.
