Her whole life changed the moment baby Shiloh was abandoned at the mouth of the dragon’s cave as a sacrifice. The villagers assumed she would be killed and their lives would be undisturbed for another 5 years. However, the moment one particular dragon set his eyes on the perfect baby, he knew she was something special, a gift.
Instead of death, Shiloh was given a new life and raised among dragon hatchlings. The only dragon that didn’t want anything to do with her was the one she wanted the most. McKenna was determined to ignore the lowly human, but that all becomes impossible when her village attacks his kin. They quickly find out that humans are the least of the dragon’s problems.

We stare at each other for a second, just taking in the others face. "You're fascinating." I say breaking the silence. He quirks an eyebrow and I regret saying it, as I wait for rejection, again. But he only smiles moving closer. "You think so?" He asks, and I nod. I move to hold him. His chest presses against mine and warmth spreads throughout me. "So, so stunning." I say, breath wavering as he moves his face closer, we're inches apart. He begins to smile slowly, "I think you're fascinating too." He replies, holding eye contact with me. Not So Invisible (Obi x OC)
I push up slowly, still dizzy. A hand pulls me up. I sluggishly swing at it in an attempt to escape. They catch my hand and squeeze my wrist forcing me to drop my knife. They swing me into a cradle position. My stomach jumps to my mouth and I press my face against the person holding me. Pine forest fills my nose. A gentle whinny comes from beside me and a gentle breath ruffles my hair. A sudden movement has me holding onto my captor's shirt for dear life. Then we're flying. Or at least it feels like it. I open my eyes and pull away from the person holding me just enough, so I can see us moving away from a black cloud at a fast rate. I look up to see Obi. I sigh and wince at my pounding headache. I lean back into Obi. "Thank you," I whisper. "I don't need your thanks," is his rough answer. I try to ask what I did to deserve such a response but I don't.
