Josh works at a tattoo shop in Seattle. Business is good and the shop has a great reputation. Each artist follows the law and turns away anyone under the legal age of eighteen.

So when some kid who looks fourteen at most shows up with a (probably fake) ID stating he's eighteen, Josh has to turn him away.
