The goverment created a organization to provide and help the benefit of the growing amount of children, to give a provided education and care that there parent, or hopstials couldn't provide. As the years went past the organization slowly become corrupt and lost sight of its goal as America fell. The organization became a horriable place of rumors and terror. I like to call it the grieving faze. when I had finally calmed down after the attempt on my life and Orions so called death. I broke down and watched the last footage available of Orion just to realize, the guy in the video didn't have the neckless. it was not Orion. but Orion is still no where to be found, something happened to him. it must have, he would never just leave me.
