An Island for the Deer

In death, sometimes, there is violence.
And when there is violence, 'God' gives us a gift.
They give us an island.

Chris was getting groceries.
Lee was out with friends.
John D. was getting fishing bait.
Peter was going to school.
Jon A. was playing outside.
Billy was walking home.
Buddy was watching a football game.

All mundane, every day tasks, ending in bloodshed and anger that's hard to let go. After being killed, all seven boys find themselves on an inhospitable, nearly toxic island; but as they learn to accept their deaths and to let go of their past lives and the person that took it from them, the island eventually becomes their perfect heaven.

This is a story of healing.
This is a story of letting go.
This is a story about an island, and the boys that live there.
