The world of Heisei Rider has been destroyed. Swartz (Another Decade) managed to defeat all the Heisei Riders. He also went to a world without a rider to expand his power. At the last moment, Sougo (Zi-O) uses the last of his strength to send the power of the Heisei Rider into the world without Swartz noticing. Will the Heisei Rider's power stop Swartz? Or can it not stop it?

Tora, a young man who had a strange dream a few days before his reunion with his classmates. Four of his friends also experienced the same thing. Their dreams lead to a mysterious cave. Can they find the meaning of their dreams? What's behind the mysterious cave?
