Okay so the hypothesis goes like this:

If three pining queer idiots were to forced into a world with perfect conditions set then they will go through the three stages of development (see text) and finally act upon their feelings. 

If this hypothesis is correct then my theory on my three best friends being desperately in love with eachother is correct.
