The Seer: Book One || Of Black and Gold
A boy forced to be a man. A damaged genius stuck between love or obligation. A man bent on saving his wife and one who just wants to forget. A frog living under the tarantulas. A leader looking to belong. A woman pushing to save the ones who had no one fighting for them. A girl hunted by her departed parents. A sister who shouldn't exist. A brother filled with resentment. Twins stuck in their roles. A son pressured to let his love go. A daughter born again. Mothers who sacrificed theirselves for their family. A father scared of losing his peace choses control the bored. And the Collapse that forced all their fragments together. Waking up with no memory, Tait is thrown into a world of uncertainty. Possessing strange powers from another realm and haunted by a terrifying feeling that he's forgotten something crucial-possibly everything that truly matters-his forgotten but still felt agony sharpens his instinct for conflict. Although he starts utterly lost, slowly the fragments come together, revealing a clearer picture. The life he was torn from resurfaces with a chilling realization: this time, restoring his world could cost him everything-unless he can convince the gods, whose presence shafted his world to disembark. Joined by his family, Tait fights against corrupted factions that shattered his childhood and extinguished the light in many others. But are they fighting the real enemy, or is there someone controlling them all behind the scenes? The picture grows clearer, having Tait wonder if any of his actions were truly his own. This story will have something for everyone. You will find a piece of yourself within the words, or perhaps between them. Dare to look yourself in the mirror? If you are curious Act 16 may make the picture a little clearer before diving head in. c:Complete

Letters To You // Eyeless Jack x Reader
She always wanted to write letters to strangers. She wanted them to be old fashioned, like those messages in bottles or the ones written with inked quills. The anonymity of it all seemed so delightful, the girl would tell them her stories and they would do the same in return. They'd never meet and hear each other's voices but they'd learn many new things together. It was supposed an innocent idea, leaving a letter on a tree for a stranger to see - so why was he so keen on following her?Complete

The Winged

Not to mention the struggles of getting from place to place... but the worst of it all? Humans. Once a year, every year, summer sweeps over the forest. The sun warms the leaves and the damp melts away until the world of the Winged flourishes. Those warm months are when survival becomes the hardest. Drawn by the beauty of the forest, humans of all kind invade the already dangerous home of the small Winged people. Fear of these monsters is shared throughout the tribes. One sacred piece of advice is known: avoid humans at all costs. They know only how to destroy and hurt. ___ Despite the protests of her close friend, Azure accepts a mission that takes her from the safety of her tribe. Things begin well despite her trepidation of the approaching summer months. That is, until she falls right into the hands of the very creatures she feared. ___ Completed!
