Tatiana Wallace embarks upon her college experience after having grown up in a sheltered home. Her parents, both successful in their respective fields of law and medicine, have very specific goals in mind for her. They are giving her a semester to decide whether she wants to choose pre-med or pre-law. The reason it is taking so long for her to decide is simple: because her heart isn't in either one of those fields.

After receiving word that one of her selected elective courses is no longer offered, she has to pick another class to take. On a whim, she chooses a creative writing course, taught by none other than former entertainer, Aubrey D. Graham. Right away, she can tell that there is a lot she can learn from the single, attractive college professor...but before the course is through, she will have taught him a lesson or two.
