Dealing with invisible illnesses is similar to dealing with grief in a lot of ways. I have lived with a multitude of mental illnesses and was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. It has been an arduous journey and I know it will continue to be but, luckily, I have many tools that will help me get through at least the mental acceptance and management of the journey because of all the other invisible illnesses I live with.
Oftentimes, our voices are muted but it wasn't until I begun seeking out others who are going through the same thing that I realized how beneficial hearing from others is.
This story will be assorted writings of my experiences and just my regular word stew relating to topics within this wheelhouse.
