PSA: -This short story is about my life including a boy I once loved I'm writing this to help me understand exactly why we fell apart, although this is a fictional story, most of what is written is how I've truly felt.-
Since she could remember, Aubrey had moved around, she never knew what a "stable home" is like as her past and mom having a new guy every couple of months didn't help. But what happens when she finally gets to stop moving and is getting into the career, and possibly guy, of her dreams?

"Fuck." He whispers into my neck, sending a thrill of excitement through my body. His lips still smothered kisses over my neck and his hands roamed my body, starting at my chest, going down to my stomach. Caressing my soft skin, his thumb trailed circles on my groin before slightly slipping into the waistband of my jeans. My breath catches in my throat as I pull at the hoodie that covered his chiselled body. Understanding, Jacob pulls it off in one swift movement before attaching his lips back on my neck. Sucking and biting it before flicking his tongue over the sore spot. A quiet moan leaves my mouth and I clasp my hand over it, denying any noise to escape. She lives alone at her family home and has top grades in all of her classes. But being a 17 year old friendless nerd comes with its disadvantages. The bullying gets worse every single day, driving her to self harm and suicidal thoughts. Aria learns more about popular boy, Jacob Rickson and starts developing feelings for the well known 18 year old. Jacob helps her come out of her shell and learn to be more comfortable and confident. I saved your life, and this is how you thank me? Screaming and yelling at me?! Aubrey: Shut up! Just shut up! She yelled, tears falling endlessly and gripping her hair and pacing back and forth. She froze when she felt his breath on her nape and fingers tracing her arm. His lips inches away from her ear. ???: You owe me so much. You owe me....your soul. Now you have a choice, it's either you accept me, love me, choose to be with me forever, or you suffer a painful consequence. No one will be there to save you. I won't be there...to save you. I lean into him, our lips not even an inch apart. "Sophia we shouldn't..." He looks hesitant. "Please, I need you." I almost started crying. "Please." I mutter one more time, my eyes begging for him. My body needing him. Sophia Carrington. She just moved from New York to California in search of a new life. When her life took a dark turn she's forced to leave everything behind. She just wants to finish her final year of high school, numb to the world, while learning to cope with the trauma she's endured. Carter Marquez. This short story is based around the loss of a friend, and coping with that loss with therapy. ~~~ I placed the letter back down onto the small coffee table, wiping away the tears that rested in the corner of my eyes. "How do you feel, Samuel?" the doctor asked, hovering her pen over a piece of paper. "I feel the same way I did the last time you made me read that letter" I responded back, a slight bitterness in my voice. "And how did you feel?" "Lost. Lonely. Hurt. Betrayed." I listed, watching as she wrote it all down, listening as the pen scratched against the paper roughly. "Anything else?" She pressed on, staring down on me like an ant. "I lost my best friend. How do you think I fucking feel?" The tone of my voice made her flinch slightly, but she quickly regained her professionalism. "Samuel, I need you to calm down. Shouting at me isn't going to do you any good". She pushed her glasses further up her face as she scribbled more onto the page. "Shouting?" "..or touch you." He says as he takes his hand and brushes it lightly down my arm and he snakes it back around my back pulling me even closer if that is possible. An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote.
