For All You're Worth

" I stared blankly at the floor, letting my mind wander in the void. The image of my sister came to my mind, her long, silken hair disappearing around the corner of the hallway; My best friend holding his hand out to me blood dripping from the wound over his eye; my mother hugging me as she hummed a lullaby and my father sitting on the end of my bed smiling at us; my brother teaching me how to hold a sword; my teacher pushing me down a ladder as an explosion rang out above us. Images blurred together in my mind, swirling together in an endless flurry that wouldn't stop. I grabbed hair and screamed out, hoping the noise would make the memories dissipate and make my mind blank again"

Everything has been taken from him, and He is willing to give anything to get it back again. Determined the avenge his fallen friends and family, he has to find a way to escape his bonds and his captivity and prove he was worth the sacrifices made to keep him alive.
