Leopardwillow has always wanted an apprentice from the moment she was an apprentice herself to the moment she became a warrior... There was one exception however she would beg Starclan not to mentor the stubbornest, violentist, evil-seeming kit ever- Smokekit. Little does she know that just so happens to be Starclan's will not only will she need to mentor Smokekit, tensions rise higher and higher within Lakeclan and a war will be hard to avoid, and Foxbristle; Leopardwillow's sister is accused of Bearstar's murder. On top of that drama Leopardwillow still has to save her clan from whatever danger lies ahead-little does she know her stubborn apprentice might be the cause for all this chaos... But, things go wrong for Crowpaw when he begins to fall in love with his denmate, Spottedpaw, and soon realizing one of his senior warriors has dubious plans for Thunderclan. Now he is faced with the difficult option of devoting his life to his clan or go back to becoming a kittypet when forest life gets too hard-what choice will he have to make next?
