This is the reboot of my first story: The Next Grimm Reaper.

Indeed, an interesting question. Once answered, reflects who you are both in your normal life and in combat. But what if your normal life rotates around combat?

That is the question Lapis Calavera faces, what is his deal in this world? What kind of piece is he in a game of chess? Is he a mere pawn, or more than that? What sacrifices will he do to come out victorious? Though he doesn't know, he has nothing to lose.
