Joey Frank was just your average teenager. She kept to herself. She lived in a small town where everyone knew everyone. She had a long time girlfriend named Amy that she did but tell anyone about out of fear she'd be made fun of for being a lesbian. When a new boy comes to town, he tries to hook up with Joey, but she's not interested. When Joey's mom finds her sleeping with Amy, she kicks her out of the house and she's forced out onto the streets when she comes in contact with a familiar face...the new boy.
