Parents are liable for the safety of their children. They are also responsible for the mistakes their children make. Some laws define the liability of the parents if their child gets involved in criminal activities. The law prescribes the age till which the parents can be held liable for the actions of their children. The parents can be served notices and subjected to lawsuits if their children commit crimes against people or property. The parents can reach out to their family lawyers to help them with parental liability laws.
