Lukas City is a spin-off book dedicated to the story of Lukas Cloud and Olivia Brooklyn from 'Dalton City'. Lukas was raised in the mafia, he never had a childhood. When his mother died and his dad disappeared, Lukas created Paradise City with his best friend Dalton Sky. However when Olivia Brooklyn - a girl that has always intrigued Lukas Cloud, comes back into his life. Lukas balances being the mafia prince and being the man who fell in love too easily.
