There is another one of 'Her', who's mostly likely to be in a contradicting life compared to what she has. They were born in separated time, place, and purposes. Yet their differences doesn't end here; she is the question, she is the answer. She is awake, and she is sleeping. She is starting, and she is done. The bigger the situation is, the deeper their discrepancy gets, like they are fated to be this way with a mysterious reason.

'She' is Clarity Aélindrew and 'She' is Twila Avery. The former is a candidate for a royal-like hierarchy, when she stumbled upon the latter who is signed up for military training. Their differences started knowingly, however when will it end? Until one of them survived at the same moment one of them dies?

This is the story of the two tangled ladies, strapped in a contradicting two sides of the string.

With an extended period of downtime on her hands, Cordelia finds a new friend in an odd place, only this next week will turn out to be one of the most formative in her young life... This story is fanfiction of a D&D campaign I play in, and is mostly for my own self indulgence, it does not serve as a gateway into the deep lore of Project Inheritance, but rather, a whole lot of fluff. This (very self indulgent) story is based on Project Inheritance, a closed homebrew D&D 5e campaign I play in. The world is undergoing a period of strife as the Raxan Rebels (a group much larger and more powerful than the name 'rebel' would suggest) are now powerful enough to be toppling governments. At the same time, the lines between realities are growing thin, and the natural order is shifting as realms begin to merge. Every person in this world also has an 'Inheritance' (although in universe they are simply called 'things') which is a curse or ability they gain at birth. These are generally useless, or even hindrances. (examples include addiction to eating rocks, or waking up with a different number of eyes after a long rest.) The Party: Cordelia 'Cordy' Irvine: A child half-elf who joined the party after they failed to protect her caretaker on an escort mission. With no home to return to, Cordelia (already used to being somewhat of a feral child) travels with the group, as she begins to learn more about her mysterious and absent mother, and her own unique abilities. Oakley: An elf who was raised in the fey wilds. He travels with his friend Libro as a sword-for-hire Libro: A crossbreed of several races, Libro travels with his friend Oakley in search of knowledge and new stories Scott: An Aasimar who fled the Raxan Rebels after witnessing the atrocities they were committing, he now works as a mercenary Aster: A Firbolg in search of a safe home for his entire family. He's a simple man with an interesting past.

Ariella's biggest desire in life has always been such a simple one. She wants to be 'normal.' Unfortunately, that one simple wish has never been within her grasp. Coming from a long line of witches is bad enough, but she's even more different than the rest of her family. The fact that no one will give her any answers to why she's so different doesn't help matters. Her entire existence is shrouded in secrets that everyone around her refuses to reveal. After a family tragedy, she moves to a new town, and she gets her first chance to at least pretend to be 'normal.' For the first time, she's allowed to leave the house and go to an actual school. She makes friends, and she develops her first crush, that's quickly followed by her second. She's finally living the normal teenage life she'd dreamed of, but it doesn't last. Everything she believed about herself and the world around her is changed in an instant. Family secrets come to light one after another, turning her entire world upside down in the process. She quickly realizes that sometimes ignorance really is bliss, and maybe she didn't really want to know the answers to the questions she'd always asked, especially when one of these truths causes people close to her to turn their backs on her without hesitation. Before she can even recover from the shock, she's thrust into a war that she hadn't even known existed. Loyalties will be tested. She'll have to choose sides between all of the people she's come to care about. Will she stand with her family, her new friends, or the two boys who both hold a piece of her heart? One thing is for sure. She'll have to let go of her dream of 'normal.'

"I closed my eyes with a sigh. I could feel the darkness around me sucking me in deeper and deeper; suffocating me. I just want to end it all. All the voices, all the fear, all the rules. I want freedom. This can't be what my life is like. I need a change. I stood up from my place on my bed to move to my balcony. I could see the entire kingdom from here. But I knew I wasn't the one in charge. For some intolerable reason, I cannot rule over the world I've known for years. I grew up in the Kingdom of Alathia. I'm the princess for gods sake. But my father believes I am unfit to be a king since I am a women. So I have to marry. All my life he has told me what to do. Him and my mother!" Princess Maria is trapped in the destiny of being queen and being forced to marry a rising king whom she hates with every fiber of her being. She was taught to be the perfect wife was to be the perfect queen. Quiet. Submissive. Loyal. Innocent. While trying to accept her future, she is faced with unholy nightmares, a test of dignity, and a double life to have even the slightest chance of freedom. Would she be able to create her own destiny? Would she eventually have the freedom she longed for? Or would a thief ruin her chances completely by striking a deal and making her face a fate worst than the destiny she was born with? Disclaimer: this story is not edited. I apologize for the grammar errors and any confusion to the plot. This is rated mature for steamy scenes, mentions of rape, and emotionally/physically abuse. However, I do own all of the elements of this book and is copyrighted. Enjoy!

Her wish is too great for her abilities. Hyacinth Sinclair wanted to live her life without expectations. A simple thing to wish for yet so out of reach, especially if she has an ability that no one ought to waste just to have an ordinary, unpredictable life. Her ability to read the threads of fate is either a gift or a curse. She considered it a curse to have the ability because reading the future means that she can prevent certain things from happening, thus altering the course of fate. Hyacinth knew from experience that altering fate is shortly followed by an unforeseen consequence, so she never interfered again. Until she accidentally altered fate because of an impulse to save a life, causing Hyacinth's thread to be entangled with someone. That someone, unfortunately, is Maximillian Bismarck: A powerful man in Sutton City who will do everything and will stop at nothing to get whatever he wants. * And he only wanted his daughter to exist. Maximillian Bismarck's fate will be forever entangled with Hyacinth Sinclair, the mysterious woman who saved his and his sister's life. Ever since she saved him from the accident, his life became chaotic as a result of their threads of fate intertwining like tangled strings. It may sound ridiculous but it's true. His daughter from the future literally traveled to the present to prove to him that. His and Hyacinth's twelve-year-old daughter, yes. From the fucking future! Hyacinth wanted to prevent their future daughter's existence by running away from him, desperate to bring things back to the way they used to be. But Max came to like their daughter so much that he made it his life's mission to make sure that his and Hyacinth's daughter will exist even if it means altering the course of fate himself. Intentionally, this time. But they're all bound to encounter something in the future and they must solve it; a mystery that will either save them or ruin their now chaotic futures all together.

"I don't know HOW I fell in love with you! Maybe...maybe you should've just LET me fall from the Phantom Lord roof that first time we fought. That way, I wouldn't have to feel this pain! You're no different than all the others! I thought you were, though. I thought you had accepted me, something no one else in my life has ever done. But I was wrong! And I can see why you're an ice wizard. BECAUSE YOU'RE SO COLD-HEARTED!!!" These words came from none other than Juvia Lockser, the woman deeply in love with and would do anything for the sake of Gray Fullbuster, and she was now spouting this venom towards the same man. But what could've led up to this? What squashed such strong feelings? As Gray went on a dangerous job one day, he was secretly followed by Juvia, who was concerned for his safety. That day, Gray had been in a dark, mind-consuming mood, and he vented his anger out on the poor girl. Juvia, hurt and broken by his words, runs away from the guild and from him. Once Gray realizes his mistake, it's up to him and the rest of the guild to get their lost family member back home safe and sound. But they will have to get past many obstacles, such as avoiding war between two kingdoms, a well-respected prince that falls in love with the water mage, a terrifying premonition, and a powerful source of dark magic. But most of all, Gray must fix things with Juvia. Will this adventure help him realize his true feelings for the water woman? Will Juvia forgive him? Find out in this book, Ice-Cold, written by SaFireSammi. The question to be answered is: In the end of this tale, will hardships divide the magically-compatible pair forever? Or will it bring them even closer together? Fairy Tail belongs to Hiro Mashima, not me. I own this story. Please enjoy! This is my second WattPad book. #COWAwards2k18

In the realm of Quomared, which occupies the biggest part of the continent, magic is a scarce and precious resource. Fewer and fewer humans are born magic bearers throughout the last decades. Zaretha is the only daughter of the Alsayid, religios leader and grand mage of the country, the most powerful still-living sorcerer on the continent in service of the emperor. She is, however, born empty, magicless, to everyone's disappointment. An attempt at a coup d'etate takes place after her twelfth birthday, and her father is assassinated under mysterious circumstances. An orphan now, she is brought to live in The Priory of the White Stones, a home for girls from families that have or had magic-bearing members. They are schooled to be concubines or wives that a noble family can acquire for their heir, because even if magic-less, they still carry the gene and have a fifty percent chance to bear a magic-yielding child. __________________ Mentions: Please don't copy and all that.
