Optimus tries to gently pull me off of him but once I tighten my grip he sighs and says- "My spark, I know this is a lot to ask of you but I need your help. You are the one I trust the most to continue the small amount of peace we have established." Desperately clinging onto him I practically wail- "The peace won't last Optimus! You know just as well as I do that the humans will hunt us all down! I need you here! I need my leader, my Sire here!" A pained look appears in his optics, and for just a second I feel hope that he will stay. "Sweet Spark you know as well as I that if I stay we are endangering more human lives. If this happens we will be hated even more. Besides, no matter how much you say you hate humans, you can never forget that you yourself were once human. And I know you will not sit by and watch your planet's destruction happen if you can do something about it." My spark breaks a little more as I realize he's right. While some humans are nothing more than monsters, there are some like Sam and Michaela or the Yeagers. Besides, I love this planet so much. It's the only home I've ever known. Optimus pulls closer to me and holds my face up as Energon tears leak from my optics. He smiles at me before gently kissing away my tears.
