I love the beginnings of stories. Whether it be a book or a movie, I enjoy the opening scenes the most. Because they hold all the promises of what is to come; unburdened by commitment or baggage. I started writing poems because I had to get my emotions out in some other way and poems helped because I got a deeper meaning from them and had to put lessons I learned the hard way in my writings. I feel as if these were meant for those who could under stand my pain and anger at those who did me wrong.
