Being an HR Rep has its own set of challenges. Being an attractive, thirty-three year old HR Rep at Dunder Mifflin Scranton is something else entirely. Charlotte Gray can hold her own when it comes to men like Michael Scott and his daily dose of innuendos and behavior that borders on sexual harassment. She's dealt with men like him her entire life. But she's at a loss when she meets CEO, David Wallace. With him, things are different. With him, she actually feels like she's worth something more than her looks.

David Wallace is drawn to the new Scranton HR Rep, and it's more than just her outward appearance that has him making up reasons to visit the Scranton branch. She makes him laugh, her presence relaxes him, and by God is it amusing to watch her put Michael Scott in his place.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Any other David Wallace fans out there?? I was surprised at the lack of DW fanfics, so here you go! Obviously this story isn't completely accurate to The Office, but I've thrown some quotes and reimagined scenes in there that you'd find in the actual show.
