Oak'jaws watched as his leader chewed on what he thought were juniper berries, before Sparrow'Stars eyes widened. "You expected food and you got rewarded with death...And what a shame, it's your last life." Oak'jaws chuckled, watching his leader suffer was considered justice to him. He looked over at the body of the leaders best friend and snickered; "Now there's double the dead cats.." And that's the last thing you heard, as the scene fades to black.

Threatened forest
PLEASE READ: this is a really really old book and now I write much better quality stories. I'm actually working on one! So please, I ask, do not read this book. I wrote it when I just couldn't write, but there is no way I'm gonna erase it or un publish it, don't ask why just go with da flow. A dead silence. Cats stared at each other as if the world had disappeared. The trees even seemed to pray silently as the dark warrior approached, three cats hanging limply from his jaws. The rustle of leaves, the scent of prey were the only indication that they were still alive in the forest. But the dark warrior stared at all the cats without flinching. Starclan itself would be powerless against this enemy of might. It laughed as he released the cats from his jaws, it smiled as it saw the frightened look on the cat's faces, it walked to the leader proudly, it's pawsteps shacking the forest. Rising from the Ashes
The four Clans-GrassClan, OakClan, PineClan and WillowClan-have lived in relative balance since the Clans began. They kept separate, save for their Gathering every full moon. While they had their disagreements, they kept a relatively harmonious existence. They had always been four Clans and it was believed that they always would be. For as long as they kept the warrior code alive, the Clans would continue to thrive. That's when the troubles began. One long, hot, dry greenleaf, a fire swept through GrassClan. Some cats were lost but those that survived resumed life in their now scorched territory. They knew that life was going to be harder than ever, but they could not abandon the only home they had ever known. The next couple of seasons, GrassClan struggled to feed themselves with little prey to be found. Yet, they refused to give up. Newleaf found GrassClan weak and starving but with hope on their horizon. Their oldest queen had moved into the nursery. Then, disaster struck a second time. Greencough swept through the Clan, snuffing out the new lives before they had even begun. The dreaded sickness left its mark, stealing the future of the Clan and all hope with it. Life had taken its toll on GrassClan. All that remained were their young leader, their deputy, their elderly medicine cat, one warrior and three elders. They had no apprentices, no she-cats and no kits. The once vibrant Clan was on the brink of dying out. The four Clans would soon be no more. Then, at the next Gathering, StarClan brought a message to the Clans: GrassClan must survive. There had always been four Clans and that could not change. They proposed that volunteers from the other three Clans should join GrassClan to help restore it. Cats were given one moon to consider the offer. Even with this last-ditch effort by StarClan, most cats don't believe it will be enough to save GrassClan. Will GrassClan truly rise from the ashes?Complete
Warriors: Silent Snow
Eleven starved cats were all that remained to PineClan's name after the bearwalkers finally withdrew from the forest, leaving disease and destruction in their wake. Prey was scarce, and silver-snapping jaws littered the forest undergrowth, threatening any life that was unfortunate enough to meet them. The Clan, too weak to leave, slowly began to rebuild. Some of the she-cats even felt safe enough to try for kits. But while the tiny bodies nestled into the bellies of their mother's, more tragedy took a cold grasp on the Clan, leaving only eight capable cats to guard their home. Even still, the Clancats pushed on. And gradually, the prey returned to the once-sickly forest, and the kits grew, bringing on a new generation. And with the generation, a ray of hope, after so many seasons of so much grief, the darkness almost seemed suffocating. But is this small rebound only the eye of the storm, and will the second half show no mercy on the fragile lives? Or will these warriors overcome, and provide one more opportunity for PineClan to survive? ● COMPLETE ●Complete
Warriors - Burnt Skies
A fire. Caused by twolegs. And suddenly Nightpaw's entire life as she knows it has changed. The four clans that had ruled the territories for centuries have been wiped out. Now the future for any sort of clan rests in the paws of four apprentices. They will need to find a new territory, a new place to communicate with StarClan and, most importantly, cats to form a clan with. Will they survive? This story is set many moons after the great cats during Firestar's time were around. Also, any arcs after the first arc did not happen. DISCLAIMER I do not own warrior cats (Erin Hunter does), this is just a fanfic I made based off it. However, the plot idea and the characters belong to me so don't steal them. Like all warrior cats stories, there is an element of gore in it. You have been warned.
