(Rewrite to Rise of the End.) Specter came to Gotham for one reason and one reason only: to kill Batman and 'purify' the city. Of course she would need some help though. That' s why she teams up with Scarecrow to break out Joker, Riddler, and Two Face out of Arkham. With their skills and her plan nothing can stop them... right? Batman has always taken down these criminals before so what's to stop the Dark Knight from doing it again? One of the lunatics is hiding something, others are being killed, and in the end? Gotham will fall, Specter will not rest until she can fulfill her duty, but what if unplanned things begin to get in the way? This plan was delicate to begin with and now if they fail it could be the end of all of them as well.

The Clown Prince of Crime, along with the help of Scarecrow, combines fear toxin with Kryptonite to drug the Kryptonian into thinking he's fighting Doomsday when in reality it's really Lois Lane, who at the time was carrying the son of her and Superman and a remote detonation device built into Lois' heart that's rigged to blow Metropolis to the ground not to mention killing 8 million people. In a rageful state, Superman flies over to Arkham Asylum en route to Batman and Joker, and when he gets there he kills The Joker and becomes the biggest criminal the world has ever known. After that Superman makes the One Earth Government or 'Regime' to bring peace, whereas Batman and Robin(Y/n L/n) make the Insurgency as a way to combat Superman and make him see that what he's doing is wrong. Along the way death comes to any who oppose Superman with a few well known names like Oliver Queen(Green Arrow) and Dick Grayson(Nightwing) who gets killed by Damian Wayne.
