Johnny was Danny's neighbor. They would see each other at school and hang out sometimes, playing video games and riding bikes.

When they were about to graduate things ended between them because of one simple kiss. Now Johnny lives in Michigan working as a bartender and Danny is a traveling journalist. Danny ends up bumping into Johnny in an old motel he's supposed to stay at for the next month.
