Running away from the place she considered Hell when she was 9, 003 was finally free. Well, as free as a 9 year old can be, but at what cost?
After 2 years of running she met the Bookers who treated her like their own. But she never spoke to them once when she lived with them for 4 years before running away, once again.
After running for another year, she met Jones, who became the only person she loved. But she can't have a happy ending, right?
Maybe she can. Maybe it's just in the town she never wanted to be in again. Maybe it's with the guy she never suspected. Maybe it's with 2 people she never thought she'd be friends with. Maybe it's with a group of kids that keeps getting bigger.
Or, maybe it's all of that put together, that she can have the life she's always wanted.
But she's a girl who grew up in a lab and has powers. That life is just a dream. But can Cassie make it a reality while protecting the ones she loves and fighting creatures from another dimension?
