An Unsolved Riddle

Kleopatra Sideris didn't know who Tom Riddle was going to be when she first me him in her third year at Hogwarts. She didn't know that he would destroy her life. All she knew was that he was gorgeous.
Tom Riddle didn't know who Kleopatra Sideris was going to be when he first met her in his fifth year at Hogwarts. He didn't know that she would become his life. All he knew was that she was useful.
After 50 years of being kept out of the picture, Kleopatra is back in Tom's life, and she's no longer enchanted by the beautiful boy she fell in love with.

I just wanted to let you know that this plot is going to be slightly complicated. Because the story is switching between the 40's and the 90's, there are two different plots that eventually converge. I do not think it's particularly confusing, but please comment/interact and tell me if anything is ill-written.
