After the war all hope was lost, millions had died, and crimes were in a all time high. Until the Stark's took their rightful place in the throne.

Two sections were created, Section one, where the rich lived, and section two, where people starved.

Peter was one of the citizens of section two, and due to low birth rates, he will have to take the exam that could potentially separate him from his aunt and give him a new place to live in section one.
