Takes place in the Ultimate Spider-Man series. Danny Phantom has been tortured and abused by his old school and his parents to the point where he went mute. Police took the Fentons' into custody for child neglect and abuse, while Danny was sent to an orphanage in New York City. A few weeks went by and young Danny still didn't talk and he never got adopted. Until Vlad Masters came to the orphanage and adopted him. Now Danny has to get used to life at Midtown High and possibly fall in love with your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Will Phantom be a part of Spider-Man's team? Will the two become more than teammates?
