Ultimate game on the Nintendo Switch, which lead him to become a powerful enemy filled with anger and rejection and plans to infect the world with the infamous T-Pose Virus as payback to Nintendo for not letting him into the Smash game. After escaping Lawyer Kong once again, SMG4, Mario, Meggy, and Luigi hitch a ride on a few Mushroom Kingdom destroyers and head for the United States. However, Lawyer Kong is still hot on their tail, and will do anything to get Mario back, even if he has to sink every single ship in the ocean. This is essentially an alternate version of what happened after the events of 'If Mario Was In... Splatoon 3' and is not in anyway canon to SMG4.
