This is a first draft of the sequel to 'Eliza Twitchel and The Haunted Forest'. I have a general sense of the plot but as I write the story, characters and situations will grow and change. This book starts two months after Eliza rescued her sister, Phoebe, from the evil witches in the Haunted Forest. Safe at home, Eliza wants to forget all about the world of Aldaen and get back to a normal life. Problem is--part of the witch Ophelia now lives inside the green heartstone embedded in the bracelet Eliza wears; and she has plans for Eliza.

One of the strangers is, however, familiar to Athena and she isn't happy about seeing them again. A stranger arrives in town, who knew everyone and hated them all, and wanted to get rid of them. It isn't long until Mr Gold is ready to cash in his favor with the twins, to find his daughter. Mr Gold, the twins, and Henry travel to New York where the twins are reunited with a familiar face, Henry's biological mother. Elias' life becomes more complicated when Henry's mother is engaged to a man, who also wanted to destroy Storybrooke's magic, along with the stranger.
