In the early 3000s, one would expect a better life with flying cars and cures to all illnesses. That is far from reality. Cities are divided and plagued with diseases, corruption and worst of all, murder. The murder of the weak has been legalised worldwide as governments have adopted the "survival of the fittest" policy. Being a victim of this system, 19 year old Ryan decides to take things into his own hands and become a serial killer who preys on other serial killers. He calls himself the Anti-killer. After all, you can only fight fire with fire.

When you're marked you have two choices; fight or die. Nance lives in the past, literally. Her city is a recreation of early twenty-first century society.
