After a deadly plague engulfs the planet in suffering and mass death, governments all around the world bind together to create one high power and punishable mandates to protect civilians from falling ill while they develop a cure for the pandemic.

Rule 1 - ALWAYS keep a ten foot distance from people outside of your immediate family / permanent household.
Rule 2 - NEVER show unnecessary skin outside of household, covering is necessary [gloves, scarves, high socks, face masks, hats, face shields]
Rule 3 - Receive government permission before leaving your permanent household.
Rule 4 - Intimacy outside of permanent household is PROHIBITED.
Rule 5 - Once sick, medical treatment WILL NOT and CAN NOT be delivered. If a member of permanent household falls ill, entire household will be under lockdown until the sick passes away and the household is ENTIRELY sure that remaining members do not host the virus.

These five rules is what keeps the planet more safe than not.
