Heather panicked a lot but not more then her twin sister Maddison did, Maddy felt as of she carried the whole wide world on her twig like shoulders. She always made sure that her siblings had more then she did, more rations and more clothes on their bodies.
She was an hour younger then Heather, but still felt like she had to be the eldest in the household.
