The boy, Clay, is suffering from two less known eating disorders. Clean eating, pure foods, no sugar and obsessive exercising is controlling his life only to escape from his arguing parents day in day out. George has one worry. Will Clay accept him the way he is? Clay's life seems fine, but is everything except from fine due to bullies ruining his happiness day by day. His grandpa is the only one who knows everything about him, but when he gets really sick and passes away, Clay's life completely collapses. As the Dream SMP members decide to meet up for the first time, it starts off as a very happy and fun holiday. Everyone seems to have fun with each other and everyone is excited to meet up, but the longer they are with each other, the more secrets get revealed. Apparently they didn't know each other as well as they thought. After one member completely changes, George and Dream are the only ones left to trust each other.
