After OFA and AFO died in battle centuries ago, civilization has fallen into chaos, villainy rises while heroes and police are struggling to catch up, vigilante activity is higher than ever, and being quirkless is nothing more than a death sentence.
Cue in Midoriya Izuku, son of a villain and a civilian, born quirkless. But not for long.
Quirked!Izuku AU with a focus on BakuDeku. Lots of other things differ from canon, All might doesn't exist here, take that into consideration.

Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him.
