After 8pm laws can be broken with no consequences.Police,fire fighters and helplines are forced to stop answering calls,and no laws that are broken after 8:00pm will be punishable,until 8:00am were laws that are broken will be punishable again until 8:00pm that day.8:00pm to 8:00am are times that most die especially those without protection or shelter,aka the homeless.the law was built by the selfish government that was tired of having to deal with the homeless.Anyone who took the homeless into their house was considered a disgrace to most people,that didn't like the homeless,and they're was those that were looked up to by some as a brave person when they took in a homeless to there house.
Kristen a girl who has everything a home and protection,her family is that small percentage that took in the homeless and cared for them what happens when people get angry and want Kristen and her family dead.

To the Capitol
My friends and I role play a lot in this website called chatzy.com. We have this whole world mapped out based on the Hunger Games. We live in two mansions. One is the main mansion, where we all used to live until it got really crowded, and then there is the second mansion, which is by a waterfall, just a ten minute walk away. There's also a tree house, but only Gracie and Andrea live there. Most of us have super powers. I mean, if the Capitol can make mutts, surely we can give ourselves super powers. Gracie has black wings, Talia has super speed, Chris has super strength, Derrick and Cameron can make themselves invisible. Brendan can't get hurt or feel pain. We all have issues here. Sierra doesn't talk. Andrea has scars on her face. Chris is a germaphobe. Gracie was once anorexic. Cameron was once an assassin. We all have reasons for running away from the districts and the Capitol, but we've all found sanctuary here. We've defended our home for so long. Now it is time to start fighting back.Completa
