For his whole life all he wanted to do was take care of animals. He wanted to work at the Royal zoo. His dad wanted him to be a knight with his natural talent with swordsmanship.
His names Shadow and he lives in the small village of Drago The Brave or Drago as it's referred to as. His days are simple walk to school, sneak of to a zoo, and train at home with his sword.
Shadow's life didn't start off as everyone thought though because, he's technically adopted. No one but his "parent's" know this though. He was dropped off on their door step sixteen years ago, when their son died in birth so they took him as their own.
Tonight though it's different for he gets a letter, and over hears a secret. What will happen to him? What will he find out?

16-year-old Ryan is probably the only orphan in all of England whose parents are still alive. At least, that's what his visions are telling him. There is already someone expecting his arrival, someones who's ready to risk it all for revenge, and when Ryan wakes up ater being attacked, he's not entirely himself anymore. And whatever has become of him, it's clear that he's now a threat to everyone around him. Turns out Ryans parents are the leaders of a pack of werewolves, deadset on keeping the school and their whole society hidden from humans, and protected from vampires. In this new world, where everyone has a different motive to want him gone, Ryan has to fight for his right to stay with the werewolves and stay in control of his own self, otherwise he'll never see his parents again, and he might just be what causes the destruction of the whole werewolf pack for good. ***** I would say this story is fine for ages 14 and up.
