What she learns is shocking but also comforting to know that despite having grown up in a different timeframe, Briar wasn't all too different from Rose and her group of musical rebel friends. As for Briar Rosenberg, an aspiring actress she could've been, and a movie icon she became. Her longing dream to be a household name on the big screen didn't become reality until she was casted with fellow family friend and actor, Julius Phillips, for their 1954 live action "Sleeping Beauty" film. After all the critical acclaim and praise they received, Briar became Hollywood's next "it girl", being casted in all the major roles in Cinema.
