"yui, mom loves you the most"

These were the last words spoken by her mother before they were torn apart.

Yui wept, tormented by uncertainty, unsure if her mother had survived the attackers that night.

Transferred to an unfamiliar home, she wandered aimlessly in a vast yard belonging to an elderly woman she came to call Grandmother.

Yet even there, she was not safe.

The pursuers continued their relentless search, forcing her to move from place to place. She had never understood why her mother constantly changed their location, but the events of that fateful night had finally revealed the truth: someone wanted to erase both her and her mother's existence.
