Kara Zor-El was born on a planet called Krypton in a distant galaxy however the planet's core became very unstable and in order to escape it's inevitable destruction Kara along with a baby named Kal-El was sent through space to a planet in the Milky Way Galaxy  known as... Earth. However when Krypton ended up exploding  and the shockwave caused Kara's pod ONLY to get knocked off its course causing it to arrive  on Earth decades later than it was supposed to and for her pod to be discovered by... 

Barry Allen was son to world famous Dr. Henry Allen and Nora Allen on the outside the family looked perfect however on the inside things were very, very different.

Both Barry Allen and Kara Zor-El have darkness inside them will they meet up and fall for each other or will something worse happen read ahead and find out.
One quick side note there is a two year difference between Kara and Barry
