Mercedes Stark was the only daughter of Tony Stark. She was very unplanned, and he had her when he was rather young, but he didn't really have to raise her. He had many nannies and such to care for her, but that didn't make the girl care for her father any less. Like her father, Mercedes was rather smart, meaning she could do practically anything with ease.
Mercedes graduated college at the age of eighteen, becoming one of the world's youngest doctors. She was actually a certified surgeon, but she also had degrees in other fields to do with computers, medicine, robotics, and things like that. As soon as she had graduated, she was able to get a job as a doctor for S.H.I.E.L.D. Her father didn't know about her job, but he knew she was working as a doctor somewhere.
Mercedes kept quite a bit from her father, one thing being her boyfriend. He didn't know of the man his daughter was in love with. He didn't know that the man was almost eight years older than his daughter. He didn't know that the man was an agent for S.H.I.E.L.D. What happens when Tony Stark finds out about all of the secrets Mercedes had kept from him over the years?

Having a lonely childhood was sad but not unheard of. Being able to control fire was definitely strange but in this world was not a phenomenon. But living with the avengers as a fourteen year old assassin, now that, that was extraordinary.
